Suggested Guidelines for Admitting Reciprocal Zoo Members into Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and The RainForest

• Non-CZS members need to show membership card and photo I.D. at Ticket Sales to be issued complimentary (free) tickets. Akron, Erie and Toledo members can go directly to the Zoo Gate or RainForest entrance.
• Complimentary tickets will be issued for anyone clearly indicated on the membership card, up to 2 adults and 10 children.
• If guest(s) are clearly noted on membership card, they will be admitted free (for free zoos) or charged half-price (half-price zoos). Each zoo has a different membership level structure. If the card says "plus" or "companion" it usually means 1 guest.
• If on a Family membership card there are no children indicated, we will follow the AZA suggested guideline of admitting 2 adults and 2 children.
• No additional guest passes for other zoos will be honored at our Zoo, only from the Zoo they purchased their membership from.
• Reciprocity applies only for admission to the Zoo and RainForest during regular operation days/hours. Cleveland Metroparks Zoo has the right to provide its members with discounts that are not offered to reciprocal zoo members (free TOUCH!, discounted Boo at the Zoo tickets, Stroller Safari, gift shop discount, etc.).
