The Total Experience Membership Package option is a great way to enjoy the experiences that Cleveland Metroparks Zoo has to offer! Whether you visit for an hour or an entire day, the Total Experience Membership Package option is the easiest way to explore your Zoo.
$54 for Senior Plus and Individual Plus
$84 for Family level and higher
If you're already a member and would like to add the Total Experience option to your Membership, call us at (216) 635-3329 or visit the Membership Services window during your next visit.
Wristbands are required for access to the experiences and discounts. Wristbands must be picked up at the beginning of each Zoo visit at the Membership Services window, box office, the Circle of Wildlife Carousel ticket booth, the Boomerang Train ticket booth, or 4-D Theater ticket booth.
KeyBank ZooKeys can only be given out at the Membership Services window to a member card holder. ZooKeys will only be distributed once for all individuals covered on the membership.
If you have also added the babysitter option to your membership, the babysitter is eligible to receive a Total Experience wristband.
The Total Experience Membership option is only valid though your current membership's expiration date, so we recommend adding it at the same time you join or renew.
Participating members have unlimited access to the 4-D Theater, Boomerang Train and Carousel during regular Zoo operating hours; however, they are subject to the same restrictions as all Total Experience ticket-holders. For example, to ride the Carousel multiple times, members must exit the ride and return to the line.
Attractions and experiences are available April 1st through the first week of November and are subject to availability based on seasonality, weather, and the animals’ willingness to participate.
The Total Experience Membership option is not currently available for gift memberships. This may be an option at a later date.
