Activate your Membership
Activating your membership is easy! Simply click here and enter the gift code found in the email sent to you by Cleveland Zoological Society or flyer given to you by Swagelok where you see Redeem a gift. Click "Submit," complete the following screens, and you're done! You will be emailed a confirmation receipt and a temporary membership card so you can start using your membership immediately.
You may also visit the Membership Services windows, located in the Zoo's ticketing plaza, to redeem your gift code onsite.
