Gift Redemption Request

Please complete the information below to redeem and activate your gift membership. Following submission, a member of our Member & Donor Services team will review the request and process your membership. We will contact you if we need additional information, or if you indicate a requested upgrade to your voucher.

PLEASE NOTE: Membership requests through this form will not be activated immediately. All requests will be processed within 48-72 hours. If you are coming to the zoo or need access to membership benefits sooner than that, please give us a call (216-635-3329) or stop in the Guest Resource Center at the Zoo.
