Help us build and maintain a healthy Zoo.
Donate NowSupport a Species is a philanthropic program to build and maintain a healthy Zoo. Animal and veterinary care continues all year with the wonderful support from donors like you!
Throughout the year we will feature different species at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the health and well-being of these animals and how your support can impact the wonderful animal care here at the Zoo.
All donation amounts are accepted, and everyone will receive a PDF fact sheet and fillable certificate attached to their confirmation email.
The Zoo’s Amur tigers now have 24-hour access to 15,500 square feet of varied, enriching space. Rosebrough Tiger Passage, which opened in 2016, is five times the size of the old tiger habitat and includes four interconnected habitats the cats can choose to explore.
A multi-billion dollar criminal industry, illegal wildlife trade is one of the top threats to wildlife globally, from elephants to rhinos, tigers, turtles and more. The Zoo is working with and supporting more than a dozen partners around the world to intervene and disrupt the illegal wildlife trade chain. Learn more here.
